Life in Flow is a calm, supportive offering of Breathe Counselling, created for people who want to slow down, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with their breath without pressure.This is gentle, guided breathwork designed to support anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, and overall wellbeing. Sessions are grounded in counselling principles and nervous system education, offering a safe and contained space to pause, breathe, and reset.This is not intense breathwork.
This is not about pushing.
This is about creating safety, space, and steadiness.
Sessions will be available as both group and individual offerings and are suitable for beginners, and anyone wanting ongoing support for anxiety, stress, or emotional wellbeing.Breathwork offered through The Breathing Space is a wellbeing and nervous-system regulation practice and is not a replacement for counselling, psychotherapy, or medical treatment.Sessions are:
• Non-diagnostic
• Non-invasive
• Delivered within a trauma-informed framework.
Clients are always encouraged to consult their GP or mental health professional if they have concerns about their physical or psychological health. Breathwork is offered with respect for individual readiness, choice, and consent.
