Life in Flow is a calm, supportive, accredited service of Breathe Counselling, created for people who want to slow down, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with body and emotion.Sessions with Joanna are grounded in counselling principles and trauma-sensitive nervous system education, offering a safe space to pause, breathe, and reset.This is not intense breathwork.
This is not about pushing.
This is about creating safety, space, and steadiness.Somatic Breathwork will help you to:Rewire emotional responses, release trauma and/or emotion stored in the body, get 'un-stuck', feel more grounded, open-hearted, and alive.Life in Flow Breathwork sessions are available in-person and online, in both group and individual format. Sessions are suitable for beginners, and anyone wanting ongoing support for anxiety, stress, or emotional wellbeing.Life in Flow Breathwork is a wellbeing and nervous-system regulation practice and is not a replacement for counselling, psychotherapy, or medical treatment. Breathwork is a helpful addition to your counselling journey and is also suitable as a stand-alone practice.Sessions are:

• Delivered within a trauma-informed framework.Clients are always encouraged to consult their GP or mental health professional with any concerns about their physical or psychological health. Breathwork is offered in accordance with International Institute of Complimentary Therapies ethical practice standards, the Australian Breathwork College regulations and with respect for individual readiness, client autonomy and informed consent.
